Los Angeles Paramedic Requirements
- CA State Paramedic Card
- CPR Card (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider)
- ICS 100 Course Completion Certificate
- Ambulance Drivers Certificate
- Medical Examiners Card (DL51)
- Clean Driving Record (less than 3 points, no DUIs)
- CA Drivers License
- ACLS Certification
Orange County EMT Requirements
- Valid California State EMT Card (or an EMT Card from another EMS Agency in CA with a DOJ and FBI Live Scan on file with OCEMS)
- OCEMS EMT Accreditation Card
- ICS 100 Course Completion Certificate
- California Ambulance Driver Certificate
- Clean Driving Record (less than 3 points, no DUIs)
- CPR Card (Healthcare Provider – AHA or Red Cross)
- Medical Examiners Certificate (DL51)
- CA Drivers License
San Diego EMT Requirements
- Valid California State EMT Card (or an EMT Card from another EMS agency in CA with a DOJ and FBI Live Scan on file with SDEMS)
- SD County EMS System ID Card)
- ICS 100 Course Completion Certificate
- Ambulance Drivers Certificate
- Clean Driving Record (less than 3 points, no DUIs)
