Dave Phillips began his career in EMS in 1994 and as the General Manger is responsible for all daily operational functions for King and Snohomish counties.

Scott Jones began his career in EMS in 1990 and is currently the General Manager for Pierce County. He has full oversight of this county which includes 28,000 responses per year and approximately 150 employees.

Catie Holstein began her EMS career as a Firefighter/EMT before joining Rural Metro in 2000. She is currently the Clinical Manager responsible for establishing, organizing, researching, developing, implementing and evaluating new internal and external programs such as BLS, ALS, and CCT Initial and Ongoing Training and Education Programs, Instructor Methodology, Field Training Officer Program, New Employee Orientation Program, Safety Programs and Continuous Quality Improvement Processes. She maintains her Paramedic and Critical Care Paramedic certifications and actively teaches EMT's and Paramedics.

Mike Osborne began his EMS career in 1980. He oversees logistics and medical supply warehouses in Everett, Tacoma, and Spokane Washington as well as Salem, and Eugene Oregon. Mike maintains his certification as an EMT and is a member of Rural/Metro's National Safety Committee, the Pacific Northwest Safety Committee and the American Purchasing Society.
