As Division General Manager for Rural/Metro's Nebraska and South Dakota operations, Mr. Stuhr provides direction and oversight of emergency and non-emergency patient transportation services for municipal customers, major hospitals and healthcare providers throughout Nebraska and South Dakota. Mr. Stuhr joined Rural/Metro in 1975 and has served as Market General Manager for the Omaha Division from 1994-2001 and Division General Manager since 2001. He attended the University of Nebraska and received his Paramedic certification from Creighton University, Omaha NE.

As Operations Manager in Rural/Metro's Sioux Falls, SD, market, Mr. Rave manages the day-to-day business and operational affairs, including employee management, staffing, and budgeting. Mr. Rave is a nationally registered Paramedic. Additionally, he has been a South Dakota State Legislator since 2002, including service as a State Representation from 2002 through 2010, State Senator from 2011 to present, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Speaker Pro Tempre and Majority Whip in both the State House and Senate. Mr. Rave is a member of the American Legislative Exchange Council, the Council of State Governments and the National Conference of State Legislators.
