As Division General Manager for Rural/Metro's Colorado operations, Mr. Patterson provides direction and oversight of emergency and non-emergency patient transportation for municipal customers, major hospitals and healthcare providers throughout the Colorado market. The division includes two primary operating companies: Rural/Metro Ambulance and Pridemark Paramedic Services. Mr. Patterson joined Rural/Metro in 1993 and has served as an EMT/Paramedic, Paramedic Supervisor, Operations Manager, General Manager, Director of Operations and Division General Manager. His 20-year EMS career began as a firefighter/EMT for Clear Lake City Fire Department near Houston, Texas. Mr. Patterson is a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee for the Community College of Aurora Foundation, and a Board Member for Spirit of Aurora and the Tallyn's Reach Master Association. He is Secreatry and former Treasurer of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Patterson received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing at Baylor Univeristy, his Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University.

As Market General Manager for Colorado operations, Mr. Waples is responsible for all aspects of ambluance oeprations, with a special focus on unit deployment, leadership development, fiscal management and operational integration following the acquisition of Pridemark Paramedic Services by Rural/Metro. Mr. Waples joined Rural/Metro is 1994 following the acquisition of Physicians Ambulance Service and has worked in the EMS industry for more than 20 years, including positions as a Paramedic, Paramedic Supervisor, Operations Manager, Dispatcher, Dispatch Supervisor and Dispatch Manager. He is a member of Rotary International and was named Rotarian of the Year for the Rotary Club of Aurora Gateway in 2003-2004 and 2007-2008. He was awarded an EMS industry Star of Life in 2007 and was named 2009 Humanitarian of the Year by the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Waples is a Certified Medical Transportation Executive and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminsitration.

As Human Rsources Manager for Rural/Metro's Colorado operations, Ms. Singer is responsible for implementation and coordination of employee policies and programs, including compensation, benefits, training, safty and health. Prior to joining Rural/Metro, she worked as an HR professional in the technology and telecom industries, including consulting and business start-ups and integration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Managmeent, Colorado Human Resources Association, Boulder Area Human Resources Association and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. She is a 2010 graduate of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce Leadership Aurora Program.

As Communications & ePCR Manager for Pridemark Paramedic Services, Ms. Carter is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Communications Center, in addition to programming and quality assurance for electronic patient care report (ePCR) documentation, patient accounts receivable and back-up information technology support. Her employee highlights include EMT of the Year in 2002, Dispatcher of the Quarter in June 2005, Supervisor of the Year in 2008, and a 2010 President's Award.

As Fleet Manager for Rural/Metro’s Colorado operations, Mr. Burge oversees the repairs and maintenance of the combined Rural/Metro and Pridemark fleet, including hiring, training and supervising the technicians, maintains inventory control, purchasing and disposal of vehicles, and OSHA and safety compliance of the fleet. He has more than twenty years of EMS Fleet Maintenance experience, establishing facilities and preventative maintenance programs in numerous locals across the Country. He is an ASE Master Certified Technician, and an EVT Master Certified Technician. Mr. Burge holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting from Regis University, and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.

As Field System Engineer for Rural/Metro’s Colorado Operations, Mr. Radcliffe is responsible for the radio, computer and phone systems for both Pridemark and Rural/Metro Ambulance. Mr. Radcliffe first started working in EMS in 1976, working as an EMT for twelve years before becoming a Dispatcher, Supervisor and Director of Communications. He left AMR as its National Director of IT Support Services before joining Pridemark in 2006. Mr. Radcliffe attended college at Washington State University.

As Operations Manager for Rural/Metro's Operation in the Denver area, Mr. Witherspoon leads a team of Captains and Lieutenants and monitors all response compliance for 911 and private contracts. Prior to his current role, Mr. Witherspoon was an Operations Captain and Field Instructor for six years at our Pridemark Paramedic Services operation.

As Community and Public Relations Director for Rural/Metro's Colorado operations, Ms. Morehouse manages all public relations efforts on behalf of the Company, as well as public affairs, interagency partnerships, media relations, employee recognition, and internal/external communications. Her previous expereince includes marketing and customer service for the homebuilding and multi-famly housing industries. Ms. Morehouse is Board Member for the AirLife Memorial Run/Walk and EMS Celebration and a former Board Member of the Emergency Services Public Information Officers of Colorado and the Aurora Community Connection Family Resource Center. She is a 2008 gradualt of Leadership Aurora and recipient of a 2008 Aurora Chamber of Commerce Women Making a Difference Award. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
