As Division General Manager for Pacific-Bowers and Rural/Metro's California non-emergency ambulance services, Mr. Scarborough is responsible for management of all day-to-day operational matters, growth, and work force leadership. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the ambulance transportation industry and has been instrumental in the development and growth of each ambulance company that he has managed.  Mr. Scarborough has held management positions for several prominent ambulance companies in California, including Care Ambulance, Inc., Mercy Medical Transportation, Inc., American Medical Service, and Sterling Medical Transportation, Inc. He co-founded Care Medical Transportation, Inc. in San Diego in 1995.  Mr. Scarborough is a Police Academy Graduate and has served as a Reserve Police Lieutenant.  He is working toward a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.

Based in Santa Clara County, Mr. Thompson provides operational oversight to our non-emergency General Transport (GT) ambulance operations as the Market General Manager for Northern California. After spending several years in Northern California attending the University of San Francisco, Trevor began his career in EMS as a frontline Emergency Medical Technician. He joined Pacific Ambulance in 2005 working as an EMT and was promoted up the ranks to Operations Manager in San Diego County. He then moved to Orange County for Pacific Ambulance where he also served as Operations Manager

Mr. Lee began his EMS career in 2002 as a dispatcher and worked his way up through the ranks to manage the daily operations of a Bay Area ambulance communications center. The majority of Mr. Lee's career has been focused on the non-emergency, interfacility ambulance transport business. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in kinesiology from California State University at Hayward.

As our Critical Care Transport Clinical Manager, Mr. Reed provides clinical oversight to Rural/Metro’s Northern California interfacility transport operation. He has more than 20 years of experiences as a Flight Nurse, Critical Care Nurse and Firefighter/EMT. He has 16 years of nursing experience in adult, pediatric, emergency room and burns. He spends his free time with his family and races sailboats professionally and also provides medical care for racing teams.

As our Clinical Manager/QA, Ms. Jack provides clinical and educational oversight of the Critical Care Transport Division. She develops and provides new orientation and continuing education programs for our Critical Care Transport staff and is instrumental in CCT policy and program development. Ms. Jack began her career 20 years ago as an Intensive Care and Emergency Room Nurse and has more than 15 years of both ground and air transport experience.
