History

Pridemark Paramedic Services, LLC, is a healthcare company that has been specializing in emergency and non-emergency medical care and transportation serving as an integral part of the community 911 safety network since 1997.  In 2010, Pridemark was acquired by Rural/Metro Corporation, providing Pridemark with even greater financial resources and allowing for best practices to benefit our employees, partners, and patients.

Based in Arvada, Colorado the company is the exclusive provider of 911-emergency medical services in the cities of Arvada, Edgewater, Fairmount, and Wheat Ridge. Pridemark's nationally registered paramedics, EMTs and RNs provide critical care, advanced and basic life support ambulance services in addition to wheelchair transportation services.

The company has grown from a total of 10 employees in 1997 to more than 300 today. Pridemark received the Arvada Business of the Year award in 2003 and the Arvada Economic Council Business of the Year in 1998, Colorado's Ambulance Service of the Year award in 1999 and 2001 as well as ongoing national and international recognition in professional journals.

Through close relationships with community leaders, safety experts and healthcare specialists, Pridemark enhances the value of the local safety network by analyzing the needs of each community.
